Next Steps After Intake
- Final eligibility decisions rest with the Ministry of Public Security.
- Vietnam’s Apostille Convention entered into force for Vietnam on September 11, 2026. For qualifying public documents exchanged between Vietnam and a contracting state with an operational relationship, a valid Apostille may replace consular legalization; confirm the document scope, issuing country, receiving authority, translation, and filing channel before filing.
